Albert

The full spiel.

Albert Nelthropp is a multi-hyphenate Actor-Singer-Writer based in New York City. Albert lends his versatile vocal styling and his serio-comic emotional neuroses to stage and screen. When Albert freshly moved to NYC, he landed the role of Arnold in The Magic School Bus: Lost in the Solar System with TheaterWorksUSA. Though this tour was stopped in its tracks by the COVID-19 pandemic, it did not stop Albert from pursuing his dreams. Albert gracefully pivoted to television and film, making his on-camera debut in an unaired project directed by Laura Lau and cast by Barden/Schnee. He then played a supporting part in Rafael Alvarado’s We were Kids back then alongside Peruvian film star Bruno Ascenzo. Albert eventually made his way back into the New York City theatre scene as the lead role of George in Sunday in the Park with George at Theater2020. Albert was recently seen in Dogman The Musical at the CAA Ed Mirvish in Toronto, as well as in the role of Irish ne’er-do-well, Fiach, in Lauryn Gaffney’s musical Jilted at 54 Below. Albert is a constant at 54 Below and Town Hall having been seen in Broadway’s Rising Stars, Broadway’s Greatest Hits, and 54 Below Sings Bernstein (alongside the late Chita Rivera). Albert can currently be seen as a singing server at Gayle’s Broadway Rose alongside his amazingly talented fiancé Sami Kennett. Proud Wagner College Seahawk.
